The main problem with Kijiji and Craigslist is that most of the offers are without any photos or badly photographed.

Hopefully we found Simplissimmo. First of all when we visit it, it was the first option we were impressed by since they have good pictures.  

Good location, the apartments they show us were really nice. Swimming pool, Gym and parking, we can't deny that the apartments have a very good location and a very good standard of living.

Inside the building, the apartments are as furnished as they are on the photo's website. Those we visited were astonished (For those who live in Montreal we visited The Saint Alexandre and the 333 Sherbrook).

To be clear, it is the best way to find a good place to live in the best part of the city.

I think that kind of apartments are for business travelers or tourists who want to enjoy Montreal’s lifestyle.

But it is the best way to spend your time for your graduation between books and parties.

Never the less, pay attention to not be disappointed by the photos or the comments!

I think that the first time, that I heard the word "Scam" It was the same day someone show me the craigslist website. In fact, it is obvious that this amazing platform of offers let you find everything. How many friends did I meet who were dealing with those kind of e-mails.

If you are coming for your vacations, your studies or for work, I don't think you need to lose 4 000$ to enjoy your stay.

It is true that with Craigslist you can find some good opportunities for rent, the time and above all, the risks to get it are too heavy.
